1. Returns
a. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must request a return within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Certain items, such as unique pieces or made-to-order products, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
b. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at elisabeth.denmark@mail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
a. Refund Process:
- You must request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
b. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at elisabeth.denmark@gmail.com with your order number and details.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
